Leadership is, in large part, a narrative practice. The stories leaders carry about themselves, their organizations, and what is possible shape every decision they make. Narrative intelligence is the capacity to see those stories clearly — and to work with them deliberately.

We work with leaders who are navigating transitions, carrying the weight of organizational complexity, or trying to articulate a sense of direction that others can actually follow. We help them develop the capacity to read the narrative landscape around them, identify the stories that are holding things in place, and create the conditions for new ones to emerge.

What this looks like in practice

Or a team that has lost its sense of shared purpose and needs to find it again — not through a new strategy deck, but through a deeper reckoning with what they are actually doing together.
