Alif is a narrative intelligence studio. We help leaders, teams, and organizations work with the narratives that shape how they perceive reality, make decisions, and act together.

We work at the intersection of organizational consulting, narrative inquiry, and learning design — with leaders navigating transitions, teams rebuilding trust after rupture, and organizations trying to align around a shared sense of what matters.

Narrative intelligence (NI) is the capacity to perceive, interpret, and deliberately work with the narratives that shape how people make sense of reality within organizations. It is not about telling better stories. It is about understanding the stories that are already at work — and learning to work with them.

What we do

We offer five forms of engagement: Narrative Atlas (diagnostic mapping), Story Lab (collaborative workshops), Story Bridges (facilitation for teams in transition), Narrative Residency (embedded long-term engagement), and Narrative Partnership (1:1 strategic leadership work).
